PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND WARRANTIES POLICY

Warranty

• The warranty terms are in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia
• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty

Return of goods

• Complaints about the quality and quantity of the goods should be submitted within 5 days
• It is only possible to return a product that don’t correspond the expectations in agreement with the customer service administrator
• If the value of the returned goods is up to 100 € (excluding VAT), the handling fee is 10 € (excluding VAT)
• If the value of the returned goods is more than 100 € (excluding VAT), a refund is -10% of the original sales price
• Goods what have been used or damaged by customer, as well as goods that have lost their original commercial appearance (such as damaged original packaging) will be not returned
